Kosher Meals on Wheels provides a choice range of delicious, nutritious, affordable kosher meals home-delivered across the Greater Buffalo area, prepared under the supervision of the Center for Jewish Life kitchen.

Who

Are you unable to shop on a permanent or temporary basis, or prepare meals for yourself because of illness, injury, disability, or other limitations?

Are you recuperating at home, or can’t shop because of inclement weather, or just need some help to tide you over a difficult period?

What

​

Friendly volunteers bring Kosher Meals on Wheels right to your home, with delivery sets that include 2 meals providing 2/3 of the daily nutritional needs of an older adult.

​

The Kosher Meals on Wheels Coordinator performs regular needs assessments in your home and will provide information and link you to get other benefits, to the Buffalo Jewish Family Service continuum of care management, and to the County social services safety net.

When

​

Deliveries are made each week between 12 am and 2 pm on Tuesdays and Fridays. We request a day’s notice for any changes to the delivery schedule or number of delivery sets ordered.
